Lasse Kvarsnes Hansen (Global Head of Marine HR, Wilhelmsen Ship Management)
Lasse is responsible for the recruitment, development, and wellbeing of Wilhelmsen's global seafarer workforce. With a background spanning both aviation and maritime HR, he brings a combination of operational insight and strategic crewing expertise. Lasse will share key trends from work in Wilhelmsen Ship Management on seafarer health and crew claims, and reflect on how ship managers can strengthen competence, resilience, and retention in today's crewing landscape.

Kunal Pathak (Senior adviser, Gard)
Kunal Pathak is a Senior Adviser in Safer with Gard. He has previously worked as Team Leader of Gard's People Claims department in Arendal and as Head of Gard's Loss Prevention team in Asia. He is an ex-Master Mariner with more than 12 years' experience working as a seafarer.

Siri Skjørestad (Claims Executive and Adviser, Gard)
Siri Skjørestad is a Claims Executive and Adviser in Safer with Gard. She has a master's degree in health science and is a Licensed Nurse with more than 16 years' experience working with healthcare mainly focusing on mental health.
